Uncover What Your Body's Telling You

Autonomic Response Testing is a non-invasive, diagnostic muscle-testing technique used within complementary wellness practices to expore how the body responds to different forms of stimulation and stess.

During a session, muscle biofeedback techniques are used to observe responses to a range of items and influences, which may include nutritional, environmental, emotional and other wellness-related factors.

I use Autonomic Response Testing as one of the tools within my wellness practice to help explore patterns and factors that may be relevant to an individuals's overall wellbeing.

Developed by Dr Dietrich Klinghardt, A.R.T. aims to provide insights that may assist in guiding a personalised wellness approach.

How the Process Works

Initial Consultation

Your session begins with a review of your client intake form and a discussion about your health history, lifestyle, and wellness goals. This helps guide the focus of the session.

Assessment Process

The assessment involves gentle contact over clothing and around the body. An assistant may assist with muscle biofeedback techniques during the session.

Different items or stimuli may be introduced throughout the process to observe how the body responds.
